Today is the autumnal equinox.
The long days are drawing to a close.
Days are growing shorter, faster.
Sweaters, red leaves and pumpkins
are just around the corner.
Welcome autumn.
The season brings long sunsets,
warm colors,
and time with family.
Before you know it,
we’ll be drawing a gray blanket
across the land, and slumbering
until spring.
